15 days to return your products.

At UK Packaging Online, we’re committed to helping you find the right packaging to suit your company needs. If your order arrives and doesn’t fit your requirements, return it to us within 15 days and we’ll give you a credit note to re-order based on our expertise.

Please email your purchase order number to customerservices@ukpackagingshop.co.uk and as long as the goods are returned in the same condition as supplied we can issue and immediate credit note or refund.

When returning items, we strongly recommended you obtain proof of posting.
We at the UK Packaging Online cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Please note: a 10% handling charge on returned goods are charged to cover courier costs.
